| Job Description An EFT Processor l is responsible for processing all daily reports. This individual replies to e-mails on assigned days, processes incoming and outgoing mail, process responses to FISERV for disputes, completes work queues from CARE/Nautilus, and assists in completing thresh disputes. Essential Functions 
  Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentProcess all incoming and outgoing Mail accurately adhering to all bank policies and proceduresEnsures all daily reports are completed for movement of funds Chargebacks, Representments, and Customer AdjustmentsCompletes daily work queues within CARE/NautilusEnsure compliance with all established Federal Regulations for EFT transactions (Regulation E)Perform all operational support duties within the EFT DepartmentEnsure all dispute responses from FISERV are attached properly to each dispute caseRespond to E-mails on assigned days from Contact Center and Branches with exemplary customer service in the established timeframeParticipate in job specific trainingAssist in processing Thresh Dispute ItemsQualifications Physical Demands
