Brigham and Women's Primary Care-Foxborough, part of the Mass General Brigham system, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult-focused) to join our thriving, team-oriented practice in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Our Integrated AI and virtual support teams, including optional ambient scribes, in-basket triage team, and centralized refill management, all allow physicians to focus on patient care. At Foxborough Primary Care, you'll join a collaborative, patient-centered team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians working through a co-management model that emphasizes shared responsibility, communication, and continuity of care. Our team includes physicians and APP partners, who jointly manage patient panels to ensure that every patient benefits from both the physician's clinical oversight and the APP's consistent engagement in their care. This model allows for enhanced access, continuity, and meaningful patient relationships-while supporting physician satisfaction and work-life balance. Situated within a modern, multidisciplinary medical campus, the Foxborough practice provides seamless access to on-site specialty services, including Laboratory, Radiology, and Imaging, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, coordinated care This position offers the best of both worlds: the warmth and collegiality of a mid-sized suburban community practice, combined with the prestige and resources of a world-class academic medical center.
