Summary of Objective:

The Smartsheet Success Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Smartsheet solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the Smartsheet Program Manager to implement scalable solutions, provide end-user support, and ensure alignment with business objectives across departments. In addition to Smartsheet expertise, the Smartsheet Success Manager will support Power BI by guiding and managing acceptable use cases, ensuring data governance, maintain related work instructions and SOPs to reflect updates in reporting processes and tool usage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Solution Development & Configuration

  • Build and maintain Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop Smartsheet automated workflows using Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Pivot Tables.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Build and support Power BI dashboards and assist with troubleshooting of items in this tool as needed.

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the first line of support for Smartsheet users, troubleshooting issues and resolving access problems.
  • Ensure Smartsheet automations and workflows are functioning as expected.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users and teams.
  • Host engagement sessions to promote new features and best practices.
  • System Administration
  • Manage user licenses, permissions, and workspace configurations.
  • Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with internal governance policies.
  • Archive and manage lifecycle of Smartsheet assets per retention guidelines.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce redundancy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize tools and optimize workflows.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business teams to gather requirements.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track adoption, efficiency gains, and performance.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews and contribute to roadmap planning.

Other

  • This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Smartsheet, including advanced features.
  • Strong understanding of Smartsheet Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in user support, training, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with compliance and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills Preferred:
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Ability to display excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to hold oneself in a professional manner.
  • - Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
