 Overview We are seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor, sometimes referred to as our Clinical Nurse Supervisor or Clinical House Supervisor. The Clinical RN Supervisor will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient clinical operations across the entire hospital. The Clinical RN Supervisor is the administrative representative of hospital leadership when management is off-site. The RN House Supervisor will ensure that staffing, patient care, crisis response, and interdepartmental coordination are handled without interruption. Department: Medical Surgical Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 8 hour shifts Location: Harlingen Medical Center - Harlingen, Texas **If you have experience as an RN Supervisor in any department, you are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): 
 Assign nursing staff based on patient acuity, skill level, and staffing ratios, adjusting schedules for safe coverage Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License 2. Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. 3. Current ACLS (AHA) 30 days upon of hire and maintain current. 4. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred. 5.
