We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead product management, development, and strategy for significantly large and/or complex AI-based solutions of strategic importance, often in high-growth or niche product areas.
• Analyze complex stakeholder requirements and develop multi-product solutions while demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of product economics.
• Craft strategies behind product development and delivery, integrating regional market demands and maintaining competitive advantage.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives and creates evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead a Pod team in a Product Owner capacity and owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions that support business processes
• Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• 10-12 years of total work experience preferred, including product management, operations, and client management.
• Strong communicator & Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience, and ability to rally associates to your vision
• MBA or Product Leadership Certification preferred.
