     Organize and maintain project files, logs, reports, and decision records in accordance with team standards Provide financial oversight, including budget development, pay application review, change order evaluation, and cost tracking and forecasting cost impactsReviewing and processing common commercial construction paperwork including but not limited to proposed change orders, change orders, pay applications & invoices, RFIs, submittals, and contract documentsUtilizing approved templates, generate reports, agendas, meeting minutes and related documentation for each projectParticipate in on-site construction observation, contractor coordination, and meeting documentationSupport quality assurance reviews and project risk identificaiton and mitigation effortsInterpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to our project scope, budget, schedule, and performance expectationsHelp manage implementation and refinement of internal processes for document control, schedule tracking, and stakeholder communicationsTravel is required to address project-specific requirements and pursue new opportunitiesQualifications
 
 
     Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting design and construction projects in capacity of Owner's Representative, general contractor or construction manager, or M/E/P subcontractor Ability to read and understand commercial building plans and specifications and identify general conformance with construction documents while in the fieldAbility to understand and interpret regulatory requirements including building codes, standards and generally acceptable means and methodsProficiency with standard business (Microsoft 365) and project management software and "tools" including: financial management tools, MS Project and similary, Procore and similar, Bluebeam/Adobe AcrobatWorking knowledge of construction methods, design phases, permitting, procurement, and contract administrationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across several concurrent projectsClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, consultants, and contractorsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail in reviewing budgets, schedules, submittals, and contractual documentsAbility to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesProactive, dependable, and team-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accountabilityFamiliarity with capital projects for public sector or mission-critical facilities (e.g., fire stations, police departments, data centers, or municipal buildings)Maintain a drivers license and legal right to drive for company business and provide adequate motor vehicle insuranceOSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus |
