| The Research in Education and Learning Lab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support ongoing projects related to learning and motivation in educational contexts. This is a remote position. Research Assistants will contribute to a range of tasks, including data collection, transcription, coding, data processing, and preliminary data analysis. They may also assist with the preparation of grants and manuscripts for publication. Extensive training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude. This position requires approximately10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely. Responsibilities may include:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience which may include student experience. may accept equivalent combination of experience, education, certification in lieu of experience. Licensure: None. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or higher Experience: Strong preference will be given to applicants with prior experience and training in REAL Lab procedures, measures, and data collection protocols. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position can spend extensive periods of time standing and squatting while conducting experiments or caring for animals.
