What role will you play?

Your role will involve building and leading a global SRE team of six members to ensure reliable, scalable, and resilient production systems. Key responsibilities include managing production events, ensuring fast service recovery, maintaining a reliable CMDB, improving incident management, and enhancing system reliability through vendor engagement and deployment governance. Additionally, you will focus on advancing monitoring and automation, developing engineering standards, streamlining BI dashboards, and ensuring compliance through effective audit and reporting processes.



What you offer

  • 10+ years of technology experience and experience working in asset management and/or financial services industry
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Proven SRE/production support leadership in global environments
  • Deep knowledge of SRE pillars and observability tools
  • Demonstratable leadership experience to build and develop an engineering team and strong stakeholder management and communication.
