Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will remain visible, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting access control. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately during emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents. The working environment may include manufacturing and industrial locations.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance as needed while upholding site protocols.
• Maintain awareness of your surroundings and follow protocols to help to deter unauthorized activities within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
