POSITION SUMMARY The Opportunity and Inclusion Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Opportunity and Inclusion Officer. The coordinator's primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support and assistance in the following areas: (1) Assisting Inclusion Program Management, (2) Metrics & Reporting, (3) Firm-wide Communications, and (4) Affinity Group Management. SALARY Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $75,000 - $87,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. New York based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $84,000 - $98,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
