 Experience Level:
 A Senior Instructional Designer is required for this engagement.
 
 Have 7+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of leadership development work
 
 Demonstrate consultative skills, including the ability to conduct learning needs analyses, content audits, and stakeholder interviews
 
 Be comfortable leading discovery and analysis phases to align learning solutions with evolving organizational goals
 
 Possess the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable learning plans
 
 Be adept at working with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to influence learning strategy and direction
 Must-Have Skills/Experience:
 Learning consultancy experience, including conducting needs assessments and content audits to align learning solutions with strategic business goals
 
 Strong analysis and synthesis skills to evaluate existing content and recommend retirement, revision, or reuse strategies
 
 Experience designing leadership development programs with a focus on modern, learner-centered approaches
 
 Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
 
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
 
 Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to consult with senior leaders and subject matter experts
 
 Advanced proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft PowerPoint
 
 Nice to have Skills/Experience
 
 Experience leading learning strategy or transformation initiatives
 
 Familiarity with organizational development frameworks and leadership competency models
 
 Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
 
 Understanding of learning measurement and evaluation strategies
 
 Experience using learning ecosystems or platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP) to deliver and track content
