We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and lead data initiatives. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making, drive operational excellence, and shape long-term business strategy. This ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SQL and Power BI, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to lead cross-functional analytics efforts with minimal oversight.

This position serves as a through partner to leadership, architecting scalable data solutions and championing a data-driven culture across Revenue Operations & Analytics and beyond.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Architect and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic planning, executive reviews, and operational performance tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives involving Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience translating business needs into robust data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, delivering insights that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop predictive models and scenario-based forecasting tools to support revenue planning, customer segmentation, and operational optimization.
  • Ensure data governance and integrity across systems and reporting tools, establishing best practices for data quality, lineage, and documentation.
  • Document processes, build reusable frameworks, and support ad hoc analysis requests with agility and precision.
  • Lead resolution of complex, escalated data-related issues, often requiring cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
  • Perform related tasks and duties as assigned with limited supervision while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions:
  • Flexible work environment: open office or fully remote
  • Travel: Less than 5%

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
  • High proficiency in SQL (query writing, joins, subqueries, optimization, stored procedures)
  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboard architecture)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align data strategy with organizational goals
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other BI or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Background in predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modelling
  • Experience working with large datasets from CRM or billing systems
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily sedentary with frequent opportunity to move about
