      X  Facebook  LinkedIn  Email  Copy  Job Description:  We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and security-related initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects such as office openings/closures, WAN upgrades, cloud migrations, ITSM implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: 
      
 Lead and manage infrastructure and security projects including:Office openings, relocations, and closuresWide Area Network (WAN) upgrades and redesignsCloud infrastructure initiatives (e.g., Azure/AWS migrations, hybrid cloud deployments)ITSM platform implementations and enhancementsCybersecurityCollaborate with the IT Financial Management team to:Track and manage project budgetsParticipate in forecasting exercises and financial planningEnsure alignment with capital and operational expenditure targetsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and change management policies.Support organizational change management and end-user communication strategies.Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
 Requirements:  
      
 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and/or security projects.Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).Experience managing project budgets and working with financial stakeholders.
 Preferred: 
      Soft Skills & Competencies:
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.ITIL Foundation certification.Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
