 Two years of experience in skilled construction or maintenanceHigh school diploma or GEDMust possess a valid Arizona Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a tanker endorsement We Also Value 
 ATTSA Traffic Control, Guardrail installation and Repair, Landscaping Tools, Cattle Guard RepairExperience in a maintenance environment, including mowing, sweeping, tree trimming, sprinkler repair, and/or weed sprayingAbility to operate various commercial vehicles and construction equipmentExperience supervising or leading work in a maintenance or construction environmentExperience in collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project timelinesExperience with asset management software Job Contributions 
 Lead work crews performing construction and maintenance activitiesPrioritize and assign tasks; ensure that all safety rules and regulations are observed on the job siteMonitor and enforce adherence to division policies, procedures, and standardsSupervise the repair of roadway surfaces, culverts, shoulders, and guardrailsSupervise traffic control activities as needed; report safety hazards; perform tasks in the interest of public safety and property protection during emergenciesOperate a variety of trucks, equipment, and hand tools in accordance with all safety regulations and proceduresComplete work orders to meet Division standards; prepare daily activity and material, and equipment usage reportsInstruct crew in the proper use and maintenance of equipmentTransport work crews to and from work sitesPerform a variety of miscellaneous support tasks and other duties as assigned Working Conditions
