WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:



  • Interpret and convert customer technical data for Data Bus, RF, Point-to-Point wire harnesses to manufacturing documentation for building high quality products.
  • Problem solves and troubleshoots internal production or customer design issues.
  • Recommends corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability.
  • Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise or support to production teams.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 3-5 years' experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
  • Experience in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledgeable in industry drawing standards and Military Specifications.
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Programs.


PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Hands-on experience with aerospace harness design, electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment.
  • Experience working with program requirements, equipment performance specs, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection.
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner effectively across multiple levels.
  • Be team-minded and ready to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural, fast-moving, and complex/technical environment.
  • Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
