 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSCurrently a candidate for related field with an accredited school in the United States.
 How the Candidate Will Contribute: 
 Assist in analyzing network performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to improve quality and reliability.Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for 4G/5G networks.Conduct drive tests and analyze results to evaluate network performance.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations. What the Candidate Will Learn: 
 Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies for network optimization.Develop a deeper understanding of radio network architecture, KPIs, and performance metrics.Learn best practices for troubleshooting and optimizing 4G/5G networks.Enhance technical and analytical skills through real-world problem-solving.Build teamwork and communication skills by collaborating with experienced professionals. 
 You have: 
 Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize radio network performance.Basic understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting methodologies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. It would be nice if you also had: 
 Experience with drive testing and post-processing of network data.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.Knowledge of RF planning and optimization principles.A passion for learning and applying new technologies in telecommunications.
