 o Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit and acquire a diversified talent team across all open positions o Manage and participate in the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding o Manage and implement a strong career fair schedule to build our brand with key colleges o Build effective working relationships with Blue KC leadership, outside vendors and professional organizations o Lead a team of recruiters; building out skills and competencies with team to source and hire the best talent with a strong customer service and brand mindset o Drive change and continuous improvement of the sourcing, recruitment and hiring process to enhance the recruitment, employment and hiring experience o Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws, regulation and company policies o Responsible for the management and reporting of all federal programs including H-1B, affirmative action and EEOC guidelines o Develop, analyze and report report key recruiting performance metrics designed to measure and predict the success of the Talent Acquisition team o Other HR related projects and responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience o 5-7years of experience of full cycle corporate recruiting experience demonstrating a strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff o 3-5 years' management experience leading a team of Recruiters o Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience o Strong vendor manager skills related to the recruitment and employment process o Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and knowledge data analyzing to support recruitment performance metrics Preferred Qualifications:
