    • Salary range 006: $97,700 - $122,100 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

    What's involved in this role:

    We are looking for a Master Scheduler in Eden Prairie, MN.

    SAP Master Scheduler to oversee and optimize production scheduling within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow management, minimizing production delays, and improving operational efficiency through SAP tools and best practices.

    • Monitor production scheduler activity using SAP, ensuring alignment with business demands and resource availability.
    • Provide support for team members by assisting with tasks and ensuring continuity of operations.
    • Monitor attainment to ensure inventory and shelf-life requirements are being met.
    • Continuously improve scheduling processes by leveraging SAP best practices and automation, in collaboration with the EPI/Sustain team, to drive necessary enhancements.
    • Review and improve step-up plans to help employees enhance their skills and meet career advancement goals.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to assess progress, set objectives, and offer constructive feedback.
    • Train and support team members on SAP scheduling functionalities.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP for scheduling, planning, and reporting.
    • Ensure process compliance through data-driven insight reports.
    • Generate and analyze KPIs and reports to track scheduling efficiency and production performance.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to adhere to communication processes in place and close gaps to allow full SAP functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IBP, production, procurement, logistics, and sales) to drive accountability within team while aligning with business objectives.
    • Work closely with US Plant Directors to ensure scheduling strategies support operational efficiency, inventory management, attainment, and cost effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the Plant Director on scheduling performance, risks, and recommendations.

    What you need to join our team:

    • 5 years minimum experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or planning within an SAP environment.
    • Proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning) module and other relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and capacity planning principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies nice to have.
