Responsibilities As our new Director of Nursing for our ICU, you will have administrative responsibility for the management and coordination of our Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will supervise, assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care associated with these units. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enjoys mentoring staff, is a relationship builder and has a keen eye for improving patient care. As you would suspect, this position oversees departmental planning including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. Most importantly, you will lead a close, very collaborative ICU team that see's Open Heart patients; So, Open Heart, A-Lines and Balloon Pump experience is strongly preferred. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $109,428.80 to $147,284.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
