Aurora (IL), United States Senior Compliance Manager Aurora, IL | HYBRID Senior Compliance Manager The Senior Compliance Manager plays a key leadership role within Sonova Group's Global Compliance & Ethics organization. This position leads and strengthens the healthcare and business compliance program across the AME region, with a primary focus on the United States, while supporting global compliance initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, this individual ensures Sonova operates with integrity, transparency, and compliance across its diverse business operations. Responsibilities: * Lead and enhance the compliance framework for the U.S. and AME region in alignment with Sonova's global strategy. More about you: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree a plus). A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria?
