WR's Material Management Service Center (MMSC) has a need for a Logistics Coordinator to fulfill shipping, receiving, MIL-STD packaging, warehousing, and various material handling activities for multiple programs.



Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Executes day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials.

* Executes Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) processes, entries, and documentation.

* Performs Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) transactions.

* Executes proper MIL-STD packaging and wrapping of materials for transport, storage, or customer delivery.

* Monitors MMSC work orders and daily logistics tasks.

* Ensures proper handling, storage, and transportation of ESD-sensitive and HAZMAT materials.

* Monitors IDS data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely entries.



Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

* Seven (7)+ years of full-time professional experience in project procurements and inventory management.

* Six (6)+ years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property.

* Five (5)+ years supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management.

* Understanding of DoD inventory management system and techniques.

* Computer proficiency with MS Office applications.

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Proficiency in CAV and PIEE systems for government property and procurement tracking.

* Knowledge of MIL-STD packaging and wrapping standards.

* Understanding of ESD-sensitive and HAZMAT material handling.

* Experience operating within a DCMA approved Inventory Data System (IDS).

* Preferred:

o Forklift certification
