| LOCATION: Sterling, VA (Remote lower 48 states) SUMMARY: The Director of Engineering for the Electronic Security Systems Division provides strategic and technical leadership for the development and integration of advanced electronic security and force protection systems in support of U.S. government and defense programs. This position oversees a team of engineers and program managers responsible for delivering compliant, mission-critical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter defense, and integrated command-and-control systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing complex Electronic Security Systems (ESS0 engineering programs within a government contracting environment, with strong knowledge of DoD requirements, acquisition processes, and federal cybersecurity standards.
