OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Healthy Planet Sr. IT Specialty Analyst to join our IT team. This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and optimization of Epic's Healthy Planet application to support population health initiatives and value-based care strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic Healthy Planet, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven solutions. Epic Healthy Plant Certification/Accreditation, with application build experience required. Key Responsibilities:

. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91,416.00-$152,380.80.
