Job Description: * Executes daily tasks in a high-volume data center environment, escalating issues as needed. * Works independently using process knowledge and sound judgment to complete tasks. * Manages incoming and outgoing deliveries, including equipment receiving and rack movements. * Maintains accurate inventory records, performs audits, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. * Handles shipping, receiving, and inventory control, including staging and tracking of assets. * Performs secure destruction of data-bearing devices following documented procedures. * Collaborates across teams to meet project timelines and communicates status updates to stakeholders. * Coordinates vendor activities in alignment with defined scopes of work. Requirements: * High School Diploma and 1+ year of experience in IT-related warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles. * Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents). * Prior data center experience is a plus. Skills: * Data Center Operations * Cabling: punch-downs, terminations, fiber/copper installation * Rack and stack hardware deployment * Inventory and asset management * Ticketing systems * Troubleshooting and component replacement * Logistics and warehouse support * Data-bearing device handling and audits * Server repair and maintenance * Power cycling and RMA coordination * Software/firmware installation * Cable staging, labeling, and connectivity troubleshooting * Fiber link cleaning and quality control Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
