| (On-site | Monday-Friday, between 7 AM-5 PM) * Position Type:* Contract-to-Hire * Starting Pay:* $18/hour (with potential increases upon direct hire) $19 an hour for bilingual *About the Role:* We're hiring *Client Services Specialists* to join a high-volume call center team supporting customers with existing loans. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in billing, banking, and customer service who thrive in fast-paced environments. *Responsibilities:* * Handle 80+ inbound calls daily from customers needing loan assistance * Assist with ACH setups/cancellations, payments, adjustments, and credits * Support login issues on the payment portal * Process mail correspondence and calculate loan payments * Deliver excellent customer care with professionalism and empathy *What We're Looking For:* *Must-Haves:* * 2+ years of inbound call center experience * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Excellent communication and multitasking abilities * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Culture fit: driven, adaptable, and team-oriented *Nice-to-Haves:* * Bilingual in Spanish * Experience in banking, billing, loans, or mortgage servicing * Familiarity with the STAR interview method *Disqualifiers:* * Short or inconsistent job history * No call center experience * Sales-only background * Timid or disengaged demeanor *Training Schedule:* * Week 1: Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM-3 PM * Week 2: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-3 PM * Week 3: Nesting period on assigned schedule * Permanent schedule assigned based on business needs *Perks & Benefits:* * Twice-monthly office lunches & monthly gift card drawings * Skill-based pay increases (up to $3 bump) * Annual performance reviews * Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Holidays * PTO increases with tenure: * Year 1: 40 hours * Year 2: 70 hours * Years 3-5: 120 hours *Ready to apply?* Join a team that values growth, culture, and customer care.
