Description Project: This person will be supporting a brand new development team helping with the onboarding of another Financial Service. They will be highly involved as one of the workstreams tied to the acquisition. Delivery Enablement Lead Seeking a highly experienced Tech Delivery Enablement Lead overseeing the administration and execution of complex technical programs. This role focuses on strategic direction, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact delivery. They will collaborate lead teams, collaborate with executives, and manage end-to-end product development, ensuring timely and quality delivery while aligning with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Manage the planning and administration of complex projects and initiatives within the organization. Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration, acts as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning technical efforts with business priorities and communicating complex ideas clearly. Determines scope, identifies bottlenecks and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues. Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals. Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations. Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Conduct regular reviews of progress against project milestones and adjust course as needed. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership. Identify potential issues early on and address them proactively before they become major problems. Coordinate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Ensure timely communication of relevant information to stakeholders throughout the organization. Defines and tracks key metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement activities and drive continuous improvement based on data facts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated project leadership skills in technology environment Core Competencies: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving techniques. Proven ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable technical plans and roadmaps. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust among diverse groups of people. Ability to think creatively and outside the box when faced with challenges or obstacles. Demonstrated success working collaboratively across functions to achieve common goals. Proven track record of successfully managing large scale initiatives. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skill, with proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
