| Tree Top, Inc., an agricultural cooperative, has the following open degreed/experienced position(s) available in Selah, WA: Treasurer Establish and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial partners to meet credit and operating needs. Manage communication with lenders including quarterly and year-end covenant compliance. Forecast long and short-term cash flow needs and recommend financing strategies. Oversee daily management of cash and debt. Provide overall leadership to the AP/AR, customer credit and collections, accounts payable, and Office Services/Facilities teams, including budgeting, forecasting, training, and project management. Manage goals and objectives for staff. Provide formal and informal feedback through coaching, monitoring and evaluating job results. Develop and manage department budgets and forecasts. Develop budgets and forecasts for insurance, banking, credit, and other treasury related areas. Manage spending to assure delivery within approved spending levels and control credit related losses. Oversee staff training and ensure employees receive needed training to stay current on department practices, software and process improvements. Effectively manage a variety of finance/treasury projects within budget and established timelines. Oversee and delegate authority for treasury operations, receipts, disbursements, short-term investments, cash forecasting, borrowing, and foreign exchange. Formulate cash management, investment and other financial policies. Responsible for the company's insurance risk management program, including implementing adequate coverage at competitive rates. Perform duties such as directing the risk management program, analyzing insurance coverage, marketing and placement, loss control and claims management. Consult with the Human Resources department regarding workers compensation programs, as needed. Responsible for the grower demand deposit program in partnership with Grower Accounting staff. Monitor and set competitive deposit interest rates. Perform special projects including, but not limited to facilitating analysis and execution of mergers and acquisitions, pension plan administration, annual and mid-term bankers meetings, sustainability taskforce, and managing corporate excess real estate properties. Execute on other duties as assigned. Will accept a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and three (3) years of experience in a related occupation/position/job title. Will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in a related occupation/position/job title. For an unrelated degree, the employer will accept an additional year of relevant experience in a related occupation/position/job title.
