    | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics or related field; and Six years of natural gas/industry experience in the areas of transportation rates and tariffs, contracts, measurement accounting, transportation accounting, scheduling or related areas.

 Manage the transportation services function including transportation accounting, contracts, scheduling and measurement accounting. Ensure that through work assignments, coaching, training and appraisals, all employees are given the opportunity to reach their potential.Provide direction and actively participate in the enhancement, development, research and implementation of existing and/or new business opportunities relative to the company's transportation, gathering and storage services.Provide superior customer service by promptly addressing customer requests, questions and needs, evaluating the quality of customer service and ensuring accuracy of the customer's data.Manage and provide expertise and direction in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the interactive web site, Gas Management System, FlowCal, tariff and accounting practices to ensure compliance with federal regulations, industry guidelines, contractual requirements, and company policies and procedures.Interact with both internal and external customers regarding contracts, discounts, tariff procedures, scheduling, accounting and other matters.Perform any special task that may be assigned which will contribute to the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives.
