Description HUD Service Coordinator - Hartland/Oconomowoc Area Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and resourceful HUD Service Coordinator to support residents across three HUD properties in the Hartland/Oconomowoc area. This role is based at Breezewood Commons in Hartland and includes travel to Hickoryview Commons and Parkland Commons in Oconomowoc (mileage reimbursed). About the Role: As a HUD Service Coordinator, you'll empower residents to maintain independence and self-sufficiency by connecting them with vital community resources. You'll serve as a key liaison between tenants and service providers, helping to reduce early admissions to assisted living or nursing homes. Key Responsibilities:
