About the team:

Software Development for all the Systematics applications in the mainframe and distributed environments for all clients across the globe. The team is responsible for continued updates to the applications and managing those changes all the way through release.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be working with the Systematics Application Development team members to support the enhancement, correction, and regulatory updates to each of the applications in the base development environments. You will work with development managers, technical analysts, business analysts and operational staff to meet environmental requirements in tight timelines. You'll have the opportunity to apply technical problem-solving skills and drive innovation and improvement into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Represent your team in project meetings, capturing action items and ensuring they are assigned correctly and completed
  • Move releases through the various regions as per the normal development life cycle
  • Supporting multiple testing regions for the development staff
  • Support UATE, System Testing, and Automated Testing teams
  • Support implementations into PROD
  • Build staging regions, migrate and pre-stage RSECs as they are ready
  • Retrofit release or specific RSEC changes to lower regions as needed
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • IBM z/OS, TSO/ISPF, JCL, Installation Utilities (IU), SAMIG, Panvalet technical experience
  • Software distribution experience
  • Strong intrapersonal skills
  • Project Management or Senior Systems Analyst skills
  • Strong experience with Systematics product set
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Systematics implementation projects or conversions
  • Systematics interface experience (file transmissions, real-time interfaces for external systems)
  • ZEKE/ZEBB, RACF, CICS, COBOL technical experience
  • Experience with RTS (RSEC Tracking System)
  • Experience with Checkmarx scans
FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $86,120.00 - $144,670.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
