Regular Primary Function We are seeking a skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our 3PL Logistics Operations team. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing lean solutions tailored to the needs of our warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability within a fast paced, complex, high volume environment. Essential Duties 
 Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across multiple warehouse sitesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plansMonitor performance metrics and report on the impact of implemented changesConduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plansEnsure compliance with packaging standards and operational proceduresTrain and coach warehouse staff on new processes and best practicesUtilize Microsoft Office Suite to document workflows, analyze data, and present findingsUtilize excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staffUse analytical skills to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areasEmploy strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions Supervisory Responsibilities Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  
 Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates commitment, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingSelf-Starter: Capable of working independently with minimal supervisionPackaging Expertise: Solid understanding of packaging requirements and standards in a logistics environmentTech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Access)Quality Mindset: Passionate about process excellence and continuous improvementFamiliarity with sustainability principles and practices in packaging, including recyclability, composability, and life cycle assessment, and their implications for the logistics operationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and develop practical solutionsStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, and documentation, to drive successful implementation of initiatives Required Qualifications
