Position Description The Production Manager (PM) performs a wide variety of duties to direct, coordinate, train and manage the work activities of the production personnel in a manufacturing environment specializing in specialty die cutting. Creates a "we can" environment in production. Ultimately responsible for P & L support, quality assurance, personnel development, on time delivery of manufactured products, and customer satisfaction. The PM has direct oversight over all Production Department staff, inventory, and equipment. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.  Physical Requirements: 
 Target 1st year Base Compensation range for this exempt role is $100k DOE. This role is eligible for monthly bonus incentive. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). #LI-KD1 Education Bachelors of Design and Technical Production (required)
  Bachelors of Manufacturing Engineering Technology (required) Experience 10 - 15 years: 10+ years production environment experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
