Vaco Atlanta is hiring an Account Executive to join a company positioned for major growth! This person will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-targeting mid-sized and enterprise clients. Ideal candidates are solutions focused, results driven and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy startup environment. Role: Account Executive Location: Midtown Onsite: 100% onsite Job Type: Direct Hire Compensation: On Target Earnings $85,000 - $145,000 (base + uncapped commission), quarterly bonus and equity eligible. What You'll Do: * Drive new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up * Sell client's services to Controllers, CFOs, and other c-suite professionals using a consultative approach * Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce * Exceed quarterly KPIs while growing repeat and referral business What You'll Bring: * 2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience (end-to-end) * Strong financial acumen and understanding of expense management tools * Resilience, energy, and a passion for winning Rewards: * OTE $85K-$165K (base DOE) * Uncapped quarterly bonuses + equity opportunity Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
