IT Client Services Engineer | Ramsey, MN | C2H

We're seeking a skilled IT Client Services Engineer to provide desktop support and technical assistance to internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver desktop support services for employees and clients.
• Respond to incoming support calls and manage the ticket queue.
• Resolve issues in line with SLAs using a ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate asset records by updating equipment tags.
• Offer technical guidance to support process improvements.
• Execute onboarding/offboarding services (starter/mover/leaver).
• Help improve IT procedures by sharing best practices and updating documentation.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• High attention to detail.

Technical Knowledge:

• General computer troubleshooting and support.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Citrix Workspace, Active Directory, VPNs, and MFPs (multi-function printers).
