We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Registered Nurse in Belleville, NJ.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP
• Required Skills: Postpartum, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Starting and maintaining IVs, Assist with Circumcision/Assess site post-op, Car Seat Education, Cord Care, Infant Identification, Teach Circumcision care to parents, Pain assessment & management, Baby friendly protocols, Bladder assessment/Foley Catheter Insertion, Episiotomy / incision care, Use of electric/ manual breast feeding pump, Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Multiple Births, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Isolation Precautions
