Key Responsibilities: * Support a large-scale voice infrastructure project alongside a small, focused team. * Assist with configuration and maintenance of Cisco Call Manager systems. * Contribute to routing and switching tasks within the voice network environment. * Collaborate with sr engineers to troubleshoot and optimize voice systems. Required Skills: * Foundational experience with voice technologies. * Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager. * Basic understanding of routing and switching principles. Nice to Have: * Exposure to enterprise-level voice deployments. * Experience working in a fast-paced, on-site technical environment. Work Environment: * Full-time on-site presence required (5 days/week). * Join a team of two existing engineers, including a project lead. * Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a major voice initiative. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
