In this role, you will be responsible for: 
    Leading and managing both primary and secondary research projects, including survey development, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and syndicated research.Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategy.Developing and maintaining customer segmentation schemas, competitive intelligence on other utilities and industry trends, and tracking customer experience metrics.Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Strategy, and Customer Experience to communicate insights and make data-driven recommendations.Creating and presenting executive summaries and reports that clearly convey findings to senior leaders.Managing research vendors, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
