Auto Thread Rolling Set Up and Operator *Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm)* *Pay: $23-$25/hr (Based on experience)* We are seeking a skilled Auto Thread Rolling Set-Up and Operator to join our 1st shift production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up Waterbury Farrel thread rollers and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision machining and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Job Description: Set up and operate Waterbury Farrel thread rolling machines according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine part dimensions, tolerances, and required operations. Start machines, observe operations, and inspect first-run samples to ensure conformance to specifications. Operate machines to produce quality metal parts in accordance with print specifications. Troubleshoot and adjust machines during production to maintain consistent quality. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. Follow all safety, quality, and ISO guidelines. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in thread rolling or screw machine operations preferred.
