This role is responsible for assisting with developing annual construction incoming orders and revenue forecasts and then working with Operations Directors to meet these objectives. Prospects for potential new clients and turns this into increased businessResearches and builds relationships with new Clients. Schedules meetings with client decision makersOversees and facilitates preparation of risk review process (PIRA/TERA) for opportunities that require itWorks with Operations Directors to ensure the CRM (Sales Force) is updated. Schedules periodic meetings to review with Senior ManagementWorks with management and the Estimating team on proposal deliverables. Assists with developing and writing proposals, cover letters, marketing letters and other communicationsPerforms the necessary follow up as well as the overcoming objections strategies to work towards a mutually beneficial negotiated agreementShapes the developments and priorities within TFS by participating in Management Meetings, Sales/Ops meetings and keeping the team informed as appropriateAssists company leadership in identifying conventions and industry trade shows that are important to attend; representing TFS at these shows as requiredCollaborates with Exyte U.S., Inc. and Exyte Group Business Units as necessaryOther duties as assignedShow your expertise
