Job Title: Administrative and Finance Support Services Coordinator Department: Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center College/Division: School Of Medicine Primary Job Posting Location: Macon, GA 31207 Additional Job Posting Locations: (Other locations that this position could be based) Job Details: The Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center is searching for an Administrative and Finance Support Services Coordinator on the Macon, Georgia campus. Responsibilities: This position provides administrative and finance support for the Georgia Rural Health Center for Innovation at the Mercer University School of Medicine (the Center), and will report to the Executive Director for the Center as well as the Director of Health Policy and Operations. The position will answer incoming calls and inquiries, work with all budgets of the Center, and support all programs and projects. Primary responsibilities of this position include such tasks as preparing reports and presentations, screening calls, and managing applications and submissions, entering and managing financials and budgets and other Center matters. Additionally, this position will be responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal and external management, legislators, and staff. This position will also be responsible for managing the calendar's and meetings for Executive Director for the Center as well as the facilities and staff of the Center where appropriate. This position will be responsible for making travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and rental cars. Another responsibility will be to conduct internet research to keep the Center executives up to date on things that are important to the mission of the Center. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and one year of administrative support and/or customer service experience is required. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered. Some finance experience is required. The successful candidate will have the following:
