OverviewThe Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is driving the marketing transformation of Microsoft's largest and fastest-growing commercial cloud businesses. We are seeking a Senior. Manager Creative Art to spearhead the visual and storytelling strategy across our commercial social ecosystem. This role will bring brand affinity and audience engagement to life across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook, X, Reddit, and more. You'll ideate, produce, and evolve social-native creative that resonates with commercial and technical audiences. In this role, you will demonstrate an understanding of internet culture, apply design intuition, and contribute a blend of strategic thinking, creative design, and production capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with designers and strategists to shape creative concepts aligned to platform trends and business goals.Lead ideation and development of social-first campaigns, content series, and real-time activations.Translate insights, trends, and cultural moments into breakthrough visual and editorial concepts.Design or oversee design of quick-turn assets across formats (video, animation, stills).Use AI-powered creative tools to concept, produce, and refine compelling videos and stills that reflect trending visuals (e.g., glass fruit cutting, made of water, etc.). Document and maintain brand lookbooks, style guides, and creative best practices. Advocate for audience-first creative by applying performance insights and testing frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output is brand-right, platform-optimized, and strategically sound.Embody ourCultureandValues
