Medical Receptionist Call Center Fairfax, VA Pay From: $20 Per hour MUST: The Medical Call Center candidate must have the following: 2 years of experience working in a high volume multi provider private medical office Experience working in a call center or high volume phones Scheduling appointments and procedures Calling patients to reconfirm appointments Maintaining and managing providers schedules Checking voicemails, taking detailed messages to relay to staff and returning calls Taking and relaying detailed phone messages Processing payments Strong customer service skills as well as excellent communication skills Strong experience scheduling appointments and procedures Experience entering and updating patient information in EMR DUTIES: Duties of the Medical Call Center candidate include but are not limited to the following: Answer phones Take detailed messages for doctors Check voicemails, take detailed messages for clinical staff and call patients back Schedule patient appointments and procedures Enter patient information into EMR Providing customer service support Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
