Job Description: Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Acquisition Specialist (Business Systems Analyst) to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting processes and their integration with the Electronic Contract Writing Module (ECWM) and other related systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes, ensuring alignment with DoD regulations and best practices, and contributing to the successful implementation and adoption of technical solutions supporting DoD contracting operations. Duties/ Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on DoD contracting processes and the ECWM, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze existing DoD contracting business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and document current state and future state process flows using process mapping tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business process solutions that address specific needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions that support and enhance DoD contracting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to contracting.
- Participate in testing and validation of ECWM and related systems to ensure they meet business requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to educate users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the contracting and procurement fields.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the development of performance measurement frameworks and data analytics to track the effectiveness of business process improvements.
- Support the broader mission of efficient and effective Government procurement by ensuring technical solutions effectively support DoD contracting operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
- DoD Contracting Experience: Five (5) years of direct experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting as a GS-1102-12 or above Contract Specialist position, or other substantially equivalent position that has yielded deep knowledge and understanding of the DoD contracting process and the critical relationship that the Electronic Contract Writing Module has in the DoD contracting and procurement ecosystem.
- Technical Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (examples include Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Process Management certification, or equivalent technical/business process certification).
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Professional level of certification in Contracting.
- Experience with electronic contracting systems (CON-IT, ECWM, FPDS-NG, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and their application in Government environments.
- Must be a US Citizen

- Experience with process mapping tools and business process management software.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and their application to contracting systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Acquisition Management, or related field.
- Advanced degree in relevant field or additional professional certifications.
Travel Requirement:
- Contractor personnel shall not be reimbursed for local travel, which is defined as within a fifty (50) mile radius from the primary place of performance
- Potential for up to 10% travel
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
