Description
In this role, you'll help lead the assessment of how long-term regulatory, economic, and industry trends will shape the reliability, efficiency, and adequacy of generation and transmission infrastructure. You'll help lead the dive deep into the complex interactions of our energy systems-like the critical relationship between natural gas and electricity networks-to identify emerging risks and inform bold, forward-looking decisions. This position is both technical and strategic, ideal for someone who has experience translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You'll present your findings to internal teams, regulators, and industry leaders-helping to shape policy, align stakeholders, and drive long-term planning. Key Responsibilities Include:

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000-$145,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Proven ability to analyze complex system operations-such as long-term reliability, resource adequacy, and market design-using advanced engineering or economic methodologies. (required)
Demonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments of regulatory, economic, reliability and industry trends affecting the electric power sector, particularly related to transmission and generation infrastructure.
