Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting service operations by preparing, cleaning, and maintaining medical equipment and supplies within the service center. This role assists with the processing of customer requests, ensures equipment is ready for rental or deployment, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The position does not include direct patient interaction or the transfer or positioning of patients.

Job Responsibilities




  • Perform warehouse activities including equipment decontamination, cleaning, shipping, and receiving.



  • Follow all safety policies, guidelines, and established procedures.



  • Assist in maintaining accurate on-site inventory levels and documentation.



  • Conduct general housekeeping activities and participate in 5S initiatives to maintain organization and efficiency.



  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support Continuous Improvement efforts.



  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with sales teams, co-workers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.



  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse and service center areas.



  • Participate in safety training, meetings, and medical testing as required.



  • Operate equipment and perform all tasks in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.



  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to health, safety, and quality in accordance with company and customer expectations.



  • Follow all company policies and procedures.



  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.




Job Requirements




  • Must be at least 18 years old.



  • Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.



  • Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and efficiently.



  • Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred.



  • Ability to perform basic administrative and computer-based tasks.



  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.




Education




  • High school diploma or GED required.




Work Experience




  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or service center experience preferred.



  • Experience handling medical or technical equipment a plus.
