Location: Remote

An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award

Job Summary:
The Website & Database Maintenance Intern will support the technical upkeep and usability of the Wings website and databases. This includes helping with website edits, updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Website Management:
*Make content updates and minor design edits to the website.
*Monitor for broken links or outdated content.
2.Database Support:
*Assist in maintaining clean, organized data sets.
*Help manage user permissions and troubleshoot technical issues.
3.Analytics & Reporting:
*Track basic website and database metrics.
*Generate reports to support program outcomes and grants.

Position Type: 10-15 hrs/week


Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:

*Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
*Familiarity with database systems or CRMs.
*Attention to detail and interest in tech.
