Job Summary

The Recruiter - Active Secret Clearance is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment and placement of qualified candidates from both internal and external sources. This position works closely with management and department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify top talent for both exempt and non-exempt positions. The Recruiter will be based on-site at a growing location, focusing primarily on staffing roles within manufacturing and operations while ensuring compliance with all company, federal, and security clearance requirements.

Job Responsibilities




  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers and onboarding.



  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans.



  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and referrals.



  • Evaluate applicant qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements, security clearance levels, and company standards.



  • Maintain relationships with management to ensure consistent coverage of human resource and staffing needs.



  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, security protocols, and federal employment laws.



  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.



  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract and retain qualified professionals.




Job Requirements




  • Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.



  • Minimum of two years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; prior experience recruiting for cleared positions strongly preferred.



  • Experience supporting manufacturing, defense, or operations environments highly desirable.



  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.



  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.



  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
