**Here's how you'll make an impact:**

* Warmly welcome and professionally assist all guests, clients, and internal team members at the reception area.

* Collaborate closely with security teams to manage visitor tracking and ensure adherence to escort protocols.

* Orchestrate precise vendor interactions, upholding all company policies and procedural guidelines.

* Efficiently manage essential office functions, including mail distribution, supply procurement, and shipping coordination.

* Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously addressing internal service requests.

* Maintain impeccable standards for meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, coordinating with facilities for ongoing upkeep.

* Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through diligent oversight of office supplies, budgets, and inventory management.

* Thrive in a dynamic, active work setting, maintaining grace and professionalism in a non-desk-bound environment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A highly organized and personable approach to all interactions.

* Ability to lift and carry objects, equipment, or supplies ranging from light (under 10 lbs) to heavier items (up to 50 lbs or more).

* Capacity to move throughout the facility, including extensive walking, standing, and potentially climbing stairs or ladders for extended periods.

* Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for tasks such as inspecting equipment, performing duties, and accessing low storage areas.

* Comfortable with both standing and sitting for extended periods, accommodating inspection/maintenance tasks as well as administrative duties.
