Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes Solution Partner Program team is excited to announce we have an internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office! Please note that this position is full time and 100% in person at the Waltham, MA office.

At the heart of the Solution Partner Program are its information systems and business processes, which support marketing and a partner's access to program resources and benefits as they progress in their partnership with SOLIDWORKS. Account change administration, quality measures across systems, routing information internally, and facilitating business transactions are all essential to the Program's operation, as is executing program administrative transactions to secure and maintain successful partner relations.

The Solution Partner Program Intern will report to the program and project management.

The ideal candidate will assist the team with managing key aspects of account and program administration, data accuracy, and compliance. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Account Maintenance: Add and update new catalog products and other previously unregistered data within the database to ensure information accuracy and completeness.

  • Program Member On-boarding: Coordinate and process new member additions, ensuring a smooth entry into the program.

  • Program Member Off-boarding: Manage the process for members declining or exiting the program, maintaining accurate records of participation.

  • Compliance Checks: Conduct outreach to ensure that all products are properly registered and compliant with program requirements.

  • Survey Administration: Distribute and track responses for internal forms and surveys (such as Yigit's API form) to support data collection and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Business or Marketing Communications Major, MBA or Marketing Masters

  • Recent graduate or actively enrolled in a degree program at a college or university

  • Familiarity with professional business system, tools, e.g., MS Office (Excel), CRM systems, AI platform tools, Accounting systems

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Personal Skills
  • Task and execution oriented, wants to check things off their lists

  • Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advanced software functions; you are someone who seeks knowledge

  • Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure

  • Highly organized with critical attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive and deadline-driven assignments

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.

This is an onsite role at our Dassault Systemes Waltham, MA location; no remote or offsite permitted. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $22 - $30 per hour.
