This Position reports to:

Quality Control Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {Quality Management} in {Xiamen China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Coordinate across companies, functions or organizations, and handle on-site customer issues at home and abroad in a timely and effective manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Achieve KPI targets, namely AOT / ROT / COT / AVG. open days.

- Possess relevant experience in handling complex and difficult issues at customer sites; have good communication and coordination skills, able to quickly and accurately identify relevant personnel for prompt problem-solving; and demonstrate strong external communication skills and logical thinking.

- Periodically summarize customer complaints and other customer feedback, identify opportunities to improve products, services and processes, and implement corresponding improvement measures.

- Actively participate in the collection of customer feedback, and contribute to solving and improving major quality issues.

- Participate in other quality-related activities concerning on-site customer issues at home and abroad.

- Undertake other work assigned by the Quality Manager.

Qualifications for the role

- Bachelor degree with major electrics or mechanics

- At least 3-5 years' working experience in quality or product areas

- With good knowledge and skills in quality, production, product or project management

- Experience in coordination and handling quality problem independently

- Functional Knowledge

* Power system, electrics and mechanics

* Common knowledge on power switchgear and apparatus

* Common quality management statistical tools and methods

- Skill

* Good communication and coordination skills both internally and

externally

* Skillful in problem solving by using statistical techniques

* Prefer to familiar with power system and switchgear structure

- Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing

- Good collaboration with other functions and team work

- High responsibility and ownership

- Strong ability to solve conflicts
